Parkades
The City of Victoria operates five parkades located downtown. These parkades are open 24/7 and offer more than 1,800 individual spaces.
Parking Rates & Locations
Pay parking in parkades is in effect from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Payments can be made in 15-minute increments. Parking is free on Sundays and statutory holidays.
All parkades offer some one hour free parking spaces, on levels of the parkade closest to the entrance. These spots are to help with quick visits downtown.

Parkade Features & Services
Surface Parking Lots
The City manages three surface lots that provide daily parking downtown. Please note: Pay parking is in effect 24/7 at these lots, including Sundays and statutory holidays.
Pay-by-space parking is available at the Wharf Street and Royal Athletic Park lots with the ParkVictoria app. There is no need to display a ticket in your vehicle at these lots. This service is not available at the Royal Theatre lot; please display a parking ticket on your dashboard.
