Apply for a Film Permit
Please note that you need to apply at least two weeks (10 working days) before you intend to start filming. For prompt service, please use the Film Production Guidelines to ensure you submit an accurate application.

- Street Use Request
- your event site map
- your event insurance
- your notification/polling letter
